1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, cancellations, reversals, payment failures, duplicate transactions, Event modifications, ticket-related disputes, and related matters concerning purchases made through Regixo (“Platform”). By purchasing tickets, registering for Events, or otherwise using Regixo Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy together with applicable Terms & Conditions and Organizer-specific policies where relevant.


Refund eligibility, approval criteria, processing timelines, and available remedies may vary depending upon Event type, Organizer decisions, timing, payment method, operational circumstances, and applicable legal obligations.


Refund processing may involve verification and processing of personal information in accordance with applicable Privacy Policies and laws.



2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & ORGANIZER POLICIES

Refund eligibility for Events facilitated through Regixo may be determined by Event-specific policies established by respective Event Organizers unless expressly stated otherwise. Different Events may maintain independent rules relating to cancellation windows, partial refunds, non-refundable categories, postponements, rescheduling, transfer options, or related matters.


Users remain responsible for reviewing applicable refund conditions before completing purchases. Regixo may facilitate communication and processing of refund-related requests where reasonably possible; however, approval of refunds for Organizer-controlled matters is not automatically guaranteed solely through use of the Platform.



3. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, certain charges including convenience fees, platform fees, processing charges, applicable taxes, promotional tickets, complimentary tickets, donations, premium experiences, VIP benefits, workshops, merchandise, parking, add-ons, food vouchers, missed attendance, no-shows, delayed arrivals, or failure to satisfy entry requirements may remain wholly or partially non-refundable.


Failure to utilize purchased tickets or associated benefits shall not automatically create entitlement to refunds, compensation, or alternative remedies.



4. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & MODIFICATIONS

Where Events are cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, materially modified, affected by venue changes, performer or lineup changes, operational disruptions, weather conditions, regulatory actions, force majeure circumstances, or similar situations, refund treatment shall generally depend upon applicable Organizer policies, Event-specific conditions, and legal requirements.


Available outcomes may include full refunds, partial refunds, revised Event validity, transfer options, alternative compensation, credits, or other remedies communicated by Organizers. Regixo may assist in communicating available options where reasonably possible but does not ordinarily determine Organizer-controlled refund decisions.



5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 15 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines, banking systems, UPI providers, verification procedures, Organizer approvals where applicable, fraud prevention measures, and related operational requirements.


Actual processing periods may vary depending upon third-party systems beyond Regixo’s reasonable control, and exact completion timelines cannot ordinarily be guaranteed.



6. PAYMENT FAILURES & DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

Where payment failures, duplicate deductions, unsuccessful bookings, pending transactions, or technical errors occur, Users should contact Regixo support with booking references, transaction identifiers, screenshots, or supporting information necessary for verification.


Duplicate deductions associated with failed or incomplete bookings may become eligible for reversal or refunds subject to confirmation through payment providers, financial institutions, or related verification procedures.



7. FRAUD, ABUSE & INVESTIGATIONS

Regixo reserves the right to investigate refund requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, false claims, identity manipulation, ticket misuse, policy violations, or related suspicious activity.


Refunds may be delayed, restricted, denied, reversed, or subjected to additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect Users, Organizers, financial systems, or Platform integrity.



8. ORGANIZER-CONTROLLED MATTERS

Issues primarily relating to Event quality, artist performance, venue conditions, crowd experience, dissatisfaction, Event execution, schedule changes, Organizer conduct, or related operational matters may require direct resolution with the relevant Event Organizer.


Regixo may facilitate communication where reasonably possible but does not ordinarily guarantee outcomes relating to matters primarily controlled by Organizers or third parties.



9. REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds shall generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction where operationally feasible unless otherwise required by applicable laws, payment providers, banking systems, technical limitations, or specific circumstances.


Alternative processing methods may occasionally be utilized where reasonably necessary.

You further acknowledge that approval of refunds is not automatic and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.
