Creating an organizer account is free. Pricing for ticketing and platform use may apply once you’re approved and start selling-details are shared during onboarding.

Why do I need admin approval?

We review applications to reduce spam and fraud, and to make sure organizers get the right level of access and support.

How long does approval take?

Timing varies, but we aim to process applications as quickly as possible. You’ll receive updates by email.

Can I run online and in-person events?

Yes. Regixo supports different event formats so you can list what matches your format.

What if I already have a Regixo account?

Use Log in from the registration dialog or header. If you need organizer access on an existing account, contact support.

Where do I get help?

1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Regixo (“Regixo”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) collects, uses, stores, processes, shares, protects, and manages personal information of Users, Event Organizers, attendees, visitors, and other individuals interacting with the Regixo platform, website, organizer tools, ticketing systems, support services, and related functionalities (“Services”).


By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing through, listing Events on, attending Events via, or otherwise using Regixo, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy together with applicable Terms & Conditions and related policies.


This Policy applies to information collected through Regixo websites, future mobile applications, organizer interfaces, customer support systems, communications, ticketing systems, payment workflows, and other Services operated or facilitated by Regixo.


If You do not agree with this Policy, You should discontinue use of the Platform and Services.

Regixo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified. Continued use of Services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


Regixo may process, store, retain, and manage personal information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), where applicable. Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall limit rights or obligations arising under mandatory provisions of applicable law.


2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Regixo may collect information directly provided by Users, automatically generated through use of Services, received from Event Organizers, payment providers, third-party integrations, verification partners, or otherwise obtained during operation of the Platform.


Information collected may include:


Account & Identity Information including name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile information, login credentials, authentication details, and related identifiers required for account creation or usage.


Booking & Ticket Information including purchased tickets, registrations, Event participation records, booking history, QR credentials, attendance information, access logs, refunds, cancellations, and related transaction records.


Payment Information including transaction references, payment status, billing details, payment methods, and financial records required for transaction processing. Regixo does not ordinarily store complete card details where payments are processed through independent payment gateways.


Organizer Information & KYC Records including legal names, PAN details, Aadhaar information where required, bank account information, payout details, business documentation, tax information, verification records, and supporting documents submitted by Event Organizers.


Support Communications including customer support requests, complaint records, emails, screenshots, attachments, conversations, dispute records, and related communications.


Technical & Usage Information including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, device identifiers, crash logs, access timestamps, session activity, referral information, and usage patterns generated during interaction with Services.


Communication Information relating to emails, SMS, WhatsApp communications, push notifications, marketing preferences, and support interactions.


Submission of information remains voluntary in certain cases; however, refusal to provide necessary information may affect availability of Services.



3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Regixo may use collected information for legitimate business, operational, security, legal, compliance, and service-related purposes including:

  1. Creating and managing User or Organizer accounts;
  2. Processing ticket purchases, registrations, refunds, cancellations, and payments;
  3. Facilitating Organizer payouts and verification procedures;
  4. Delivering tickets, QR codes, confirmations, reminders, and notifications;
  5. Conducting identity verification, fraud detection, risk analysis, and security monitoring;
  6. Responding to support requests, complaints, disputes, and investigations;
  7. Improving Platform functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience;
  8. Complying with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and lawful requests;
  9. Sending transactional communications including booking confirmations, payment updates, security alerts, refund updates, and support notifications;
  10. Sending promotional communications, Event recommendations, offers, or marketing messages where permitted and subject to available opt-out mechanisms.

Regixo shall process information only to the extent reasonably necessary for operation of Services or compliance with applicable obligations.



4. PAYMENT PROCESSING & FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Payments processed through Regixo may involve independent payment gateways, financial institutions, banks, payout providers, and related third parties. Such providers may collect, store, verify, or process payment information subject to their respective privacy policies and operational standards.


Regixo may retain transaction records, payment references, payout records, refund status, verification logs, and related financial information necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, operational requirements, and legal obligations.


Organizer payouts may require collection and storage of banking information, tax details, KYC records, and related documentation. Such information may remain retained for periods reasonably necessary for compliance, audits, dispute handling, fraud prevention, taxation requirements, or legal obligations.


Regixo does not ordinarily guarantee security of external payment systems beyond reasonable measures implemented by independent providers.



5. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURES

Regixo does not sell personal information to unrelated third parties. However, information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:

  1. Event Organizers, for ticketing, attendee management, Event execution, or support purposes;
  2. Payment gateways, banks, financial institutions, and payout providers;
  3. Verification partners, fraud prevention providers, or compliance services;
  4. Technology vendors, hosting providers, communication platforms, or infrastructure providers;
  5. Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement agencies, or legal advisors where legally required;
  6. Business successors, acquirers, affiliates, or restructuring entities in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or operational changes;
  7. Other parties where Users provide consent or sharing becomes necessary for requested Services.


Shared information shall generally remain limited to what is reasonably necessary for intended purposes.



6. COOKIES, SESSION DATA & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Regixo may use cookies, local storage technologies, session identifiers, authentication tools, browser storage mechanisms, and similar technologies to enable account access, improve performance, maintain sessions, enhance security, remember preferences, analyze usage patterns, and support functionality of the Platform.


Such technologies may collect information including browser type, session duration, login status, pages visited, device information, referral sources, approximate location information derived from IP addresses, and interaction patterns.


Users may restrict or disable certain cookies through browser settings; however, doing so may affect functionality, authentication systems, ticket access, or availability of certain Services.


Future integrations involving analytics, marketing technologies, personalization tools, or mobile applications may additionally utilize similar technologies subject to applicable laws and updated disclosures.



7. DATA RETENTION

Regixo may retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, conduct audits, enforce agreements, maintain financial records, support investigations, or satisfy operational requirements.


Retention periods may vary depending upon information type including:


  1. Account information;
  2. Ticket purchases and booking history;
  3. Payment records and payout logs;
  4. Organizer KYC documents;
  5. Refund records;
  6. Support communications;
  7. Fraud investigations;
  8. Compliance and taxation records.

Following expiry of applicable retention periods, information may be deleted, anonymized, archived, aggregated, or retained where legally required.


Deletion of accounts does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records subject to regulatory obligations, payment disputes, investigations, fraud prevention requirements, taxation laws, or contractual necessities.



8. DATA SECURITY & PROTECTION MEASURES

Regixo implements reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, accidental loss, disclosure, or destruction.


Security measures may include restricted access controls, verification procedures, monitoring systems, secure infrastructure practices, authentication systems, fraud prevention tools, and operational safeguards where appropriate.


However, no online platform, storage system, payment infrastructure, transmission channel, or technology environment can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge inherent risks associated with internet-based services and transmission of information.


Users remain responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials, passwords, devices, OTPs, authentication methods, and related account access mechanisms.



9. USER RIGHTS & REQUESTS

Subject to applicable laws and operational limitations, Users may request:

  1. Access to certain information maintained by Regixo;
  2. Correction of inaccurate information;
  3. Updating of account details;
  4. Deletion of accounts or information where permissible;
  5. Withdrawal from marketing communications;
  6. Resolution of privacy-related concerns.


Requests may require identity verification and supporting documentation before processing.


Certain records including payment logs, Organizer KYC documents, dispute records, taxation information, fraud prevention data, or compliance records may remain retained despite deletion requests where legally necessary.


Deletion requests may be submitted through official support channels.



10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & NOTIFICATIONS

Regixo may send transactional communications including ticket confirmations, refunds, payment updates, Event reminders, account notifications, support responses, security alerts, and operational messages necessary for provision of Services.


Where permitted, Regixo may additionally send promotional messages, newsletters, Event recommendations, offers, product updates, surveys, or marketing communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or similar channels.


Users may opt out from certain promotional communications where applicable; however, essential transactional communications relating to bookings, payments, account security, or support may continue.


Opt-out preferences may require reasonable time for implementation.



11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Regixo is not ordinarily intended for use by individuals lacking legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable laws without required parental or guardian consent.


Where Events specifically permit participation by minors, collection or processing of information relating to minors may occur through parents, guardians, schools, institutions, Organizers, or authorized representatives where appropriate.


If Regixo becomes aware that information has been collected unlawfully from minors without necessary authorization, reasonable steps may be taken to restrict processing or remove such information where appropriate.


Parents or guardians may contact Regixo regarding privacy concerns involving minors.



12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & EXTERNAL LINKS

Regixo may integrate with or provide access to independent third-party services including payment gateways, payout providers, Event Organizers, communication providers, verification systems, ticket validation systems, customer support tools, or related technologies.


The Platform may additionally contain links directing Users to external websites, applications, venues, Organizer pages, sponsor content, or unrelated services not controlled by Regixo.


Privacy practices of independent third parties remain governed by their respective policies, and Regixo does not ordinarily assume responsibility for external systems, data practices, or privacy standards beyond its reasonable control.


Users are encouraged to review privacy policies of relevant third-party services before interacting with such systems.



13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Regixo primarily operates from India; however, certain infrastructure providers, cloud services, communication platforms, payment systems, support tools, or future technology partners may process, store, transmit, or access information from locations outside India depending upon operational requirements.


By using Regixo, Users acknowledge that information may be transferred to jurisdictions having privacy protections differing from those applicable within India. Where such transfers occur, Regixo shall take reasonable measures intended to facilitate lawful processing and protection of information to the extent reasonably practicable.


International processing may occur in connection with hosting infrastructure, support systems, communication providers, fraud prevention services, technical operations, or similar functionalities necessary for Platform operation.



14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Regixo reserves the right to modify, update, replace, amend, or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to operational requirements, technological developments, legal obligations, regulatory changes, new features, business practices, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons.

Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, cancellations, reversals, payment failures, duplicate transactions, Event modifications, ticket-related disputes, and related matters concerning purchases made through Regixo (“Platform”). By purchasing tickets, registering for Events, or otherwise using Regixo Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy together with applicable Terms & Conditions and Organizer-specific policies where relevant.


Refund eligibility, approval criteria, processing timelines, and available remedies may vary depending upon Event type, Organizer decisions, timing, payment method, operational circumstances, and applicable legal obligations.


Refund processing may involve verification and processing of personal information in accordance with applicable Privacy Policies and laws.



2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & ORGANIZER POLICIES

Refund eligibility for Events facilitated through Regixo may be determined by Event-specific policies established by respective Event Organizers unless expressly stated otherwise. Different Events may maintain independent rules relating to cancellation windows, partial refunds, non-refundable categories, postponements, rescheduling, transfer options, or related matters.


Users remain responsible for reviewing applicable refund conditions before completing purchases. Regixo may facilitate communication and processing of refund-related requests where reasonably possible; however, approval of refunds for Organizer-controlled matters is not automatically guaranteed solely through use of the Platform.



3. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, certain charges including convenience fees, platform fees, processing charges, applicable taxes, promotional tickets, complimentary tickets, donations, premium experiences, VIP benefits, workshops, merchandise, parking, add-ons, food vouchers, missed attendance, no-shows, delayed arrivals, or failure to satisfy entry requirements may remain wholly or partially non-refundable.


Failure to utilize purchased tickets or associated benefits shall not automatically create entitlement to refunds, compensation, or alternative remedies.



4. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & MODIFICATIONS

Where Events are cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, materially modified, affected by venue changes, performer or lineup changes, operational disruptions, weather conditions, regulatory actions, force majeure circumstances, or similar situations, refund treatment shall generally depend upon applicable Organizer policies, Event-specific conditions, and legal requirements.


Available outcomes may include full refunds, partial refunds, revised Event validity, transfer options, alternative compensation, credits, or other remedies communicated by Organizers. Regixo may assist in communicating available options where reasonably possible but does not ordinarily determine Organizer-controlled refund decisions.



5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 15 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines, banking systems, UPI providers, verification procedures, Organizer approvals where applicable, fraud prevention measures, and related operational requirements.


Actual processing periods may vary depending upon third-party systems beyond Regixo’s reasonable control, and exact completion timelines cannot ordinarily be guaranteed.



6. PAYMENT FAILURES & DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

Where payment failures, duplicate deductions, unsuccessful bookings, pending transactions, or technical errors occur, Users should contact Regixo support with booking references, transaction identifiers, screenshots, or supporting information necessary for verification.


Duplicate deductions associated with failed or incomplete bookings may become eligible for reversal or refunds subject to confirmation through payment providers, financial institutions, or related verification procedures.



7. FRAUD, ABUSE & INVESTIGATIONS

Regixo reserves the right to investigate refund requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, false claims, identity manipulation, ticket misuse, policy violations, or related suspicious activity.


Refunds may be delayed, restricted, denied, reversed, or subjected to additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect Users, Organizers, financial systems, or Platform integrity.



8. ORGANIZER-CONTROLLED MATTERS

Issues primarily relating to Event quality, artist performance, venue conditions, crowd experience, dissatisfaction, Event execution, schedule changes, Organizer conduct, or related operational matters may require direct resolution with the relevant Event Organizer.


Regixo may facilitate communication where reasonably possible but does not ordinarily guarantee outcomes relating to matters primarily controlled by Organizers or third parties.



9. REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds shall generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction where operationally feasible unless otherwise required by applicable laws, payment providers, banking systems, technical limitations, or specific circumstances.


Alternative processing methods may occasionally be utilized where reasonably necessary.
