Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5/26/2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You (“User”, “Customer”, “Attendee”, or “Organizer”) and Regixo (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), governing Your access to and use of Regixo Services, including event listings, ticket purchases, organizer tools, digital ticketing systems, payment processing, and related functionalities.

By accessing, registering on, purchasing through, listing Events on, attending Events via, or otherwise using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and organizer-specific policies where relevant, and consent to electronic acceptance of these Terms through continued use of the Platform.

Regixo may modify these Terms from time to time, and such modifications shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

By using Regixo, You confirm that You possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements, shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and shall comply with applicable laws and all applicable Platform policies and requirements. If You are below the age of majority, use of the Services must occur only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Regixo primarily operates as a technology platform facilitating event-related Services and, unless expressly stated otherwise, does not control, manage, organize, or operate Events, nor assume responsibility for Organizer-controlled decisions, event execution, venue operations, or related activities.

2. ELIGIBILITY, USER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Use of Regixo and its Services is permitted only to individuals or entities satisfying applicable eligibility requirements. By accessing or using the Platform, You represent and warrant that You possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements, are not prohibited from using such Services under applicable laws, have not been previously suspended or terminated for policy violations, and are not engaged in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful activities. If You are below the age of majority, use of the Platform must occur only under supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain Services, including ticket purchases, event registrations, organizer tools, or related functionalities, may require creation of an Account. By registering, You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and shall not create multiple or deceptive accounts, circumvent restrictions, or misuse identity information. Regixo may request additional verification or documentation where necessary for compliance, security, fraud prevention, or operational requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of passwords, OTPs, authentication methods, devices, and account credentials, and all activities conducted through Your Account shall be deemed authorized by You unless otherwise determined. You must promptly notify Regixo of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents affecting Your Account. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for losses arising from negligence, credential sharing, compromised devices, or inaccurate account information.

By creating an Account or using the Platform, You consent to receive transactional communications including verification messages, booking confirmations, event updates, payment notifications, support communications, and security alerts through permitted channels. Promotional communications may additionally be sent where allowed by applicable law and may be subject to available opt-out mechanisms.

Regixo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, investigate, or terminate Accounts, without prior notice where permitted, in cases involving fraud, suspicious activity, policy violations, abuse of Services, security concerns, regulatory requirements, or conduct considered harmful to the Platform, Users, or third parties. Account deletion by Users may remain subject to retention of records necessary for compliance, audits, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations, and termination shall not extinguish accrued liabilities or obligations.

3. EVENT LISTINGS, DESCRIPTIONS, REPRESENTATIONS & PLATFORM ROLE

All Event Listings available on Regixo are created, managed, and controlled by respective Event Organizers. Regixo primarily operates as a technology platform facilitating event discovery, listings, ticket purchases, digital ticketing, attendee management, organizer tools, payment facilitation, and related Services, and does not independently create, organize, verify, manage, or certify Events unless expressly stated otherwise.

Event Organizers remain solely responsible for ensuring that event information, including schedules, venues, pricing, performer details, entry requirements, refund policies, age restrictions, accessibility information, safety instructions, promotional content, and related representations, is accurate, complete, updated, lawful, and non-misleading. Regixo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or suitability of Organizer-provided information and shall not ordinarily be liable for discrepancies, omissions, misrepresentations, or outdated content.

You acknowledge that Regixo does not endorse, produce, host, promote, manage, or guarantee Events, Event Organizers, performers, venues, sponsors, or related parties, and decisions to attend, register for, or purchase tickets for Events remain solely at Your discretion and risk. Event details, schedules, venues, ticket availability, pricing, lineups, restrictions, seating arrangements, and other conditions may change due to Organizer decisions, operational requirements, venue limitations, performer availability, weather, legal obligations, technical issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond Regixo’s control.

Ticket inventory, event capacity, category availability, pricing, promotional offers, and related decisions remain under control of respective Event Organizers, although Regixo may apply disclosed platform or processing charges where applicable. Regixo reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel affected transactions, issue refunds where appropriate, restrict listings, or take corrective measures in cases involving inaccuracies, technical issues, compliance concerns, safety risks, or operational requirements.

Events may additionally impose age restrictions, ID verification requirements, dress codes, prohibited item policies, photography restrictions, security checks, behavioral expectations, or other venue-specific conditions. Users remain responsible for reviewing applicable restrictions before booking, and failure to comply may result in denial of entry without entitlement to refunds unless otherwise specified.

Responsibilities relating to event execution, permits, crowd management, venue safety, emergency procedures, regulatory compliance, staffing, attendee experience, operational failures, or Organizer misconduct remain solely with Event Organizers or related parties. Regixo does not guarantee Event occurrence, performer attendance, advertised experiences, or uninterrupted execution and shall not ordinarily be responsible for cancellations, postponements, modifications, Organizer non-performance, safety failures, or unmet expectations.

Regixo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or disable Event Listings, Organizer accounts, ticket sales, or related Services where necessary due to policy violations, inaccurate information, fraud risks, legal requirements, safety concerns, compliance failures, or risks affecting Users or Platform integrity. By registering for, purchasing, or attending Events through Regixo, You acknowledge that participation occurs voluntarily and primarily based upon information supplied by Event Organizers, and Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

4. TICKET PURCHASE, PRICING, FEES, PAYMENT TERMS & ORDER CONDITIONS

This section governs ticket purchases, registrations, QR codes, access credentials, payment processing, and related transactions facilitated through Regixo.

Ticket purchases or registrations submitted through Regixo constitute a request to purchase access to an Event subject to successful payment, booking confirmation, ticket issuance, and applicable event conditions. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon successful payment processing and generation of a valid booking confirmation, ticket, QR code, or related access credential. Regixo reserves the right to reject, restrict, suspend, or cancel booking requests prior to confirmation where necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, operational requirements, or other legitimate reasons.

Ticket prices may include base ticket prices determined by Event Organizers together with applicable taxes, convenience fees, payment processing charges, venue-related costs, add-ons, merchandise, parking, upgrades, or other disclosed charges. Certain Events may implement dynamic pricing models, and prices may fluctuate based on demand, inventory, timing, promotions, or Organizer decisions. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for price changes occurring before or after confirmed bookings.

Payments may be processed using supported methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, installment options, or other enabled payment systems. Users acknowledge that transactions may occasionally fail due to payment gateway issues, banking failures, connectivity problems, technical interruptions, or incorrect inputs. Where payments are deducted without successful confirmation, reversals or refunds shall remain subject to timelines determined by banks, payment gateways, or related providers beyond Regixo’s direct control.

Tickets, QR codes, confirmations, and access credentials may be delivered through email, SMS, messaging platforms, dashboards, mobile interfaces, or other supported channels. Users remain responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, checking communication channels, ensuring device compatibility, and safeguarding tickets or credentials against unauthorized use, duplication, or misuse. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information, compromised credentials, communication failures, or device limitations.

Event Organizers or Regixo may impose restrictions relating to ticket quantities, category availability, purchase limits, resale, transfers, or promotional eligibility. Unauthorized duplication, resale, commercial exploitation, ticket scalping, misuse of payment instruments, or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation, denial of entry, suspension, account restrictions, invalidation of tickets, or additional enforcement actions where appropriate.

Regixo reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel duplicate orders, restrict suspicious transactions, invalidate incomplete or abandoned bookings, suspend affected transactions, issue refunds where appropriate, or take corrective measures in cases involving fraud risks, technical failures, inventory inaccuracies, compliance concerns, unusual booking activity, or operational requirements. Payment initiation does not guarantee successful booking completion, particularly during periods of high demand or limited inventory.

Following successful booking confirmation, event participation obligations primarily arise between the User and the relevant Event Organizer, while Regixo facilitates technology infrastructure and related Services. Confirmed bookings may not be modified, exchanged, transferred, upgraded, downgraded, or altered except where permitted by applicable policies, Organizer approval, or legal requirements. Users remain responsible for carefully reviewing booking details before completing payments, and confirmed bookings shall remain subject to applicable refund, cancellation, and event modification policies.

5. DELIVERY OF TICKETS, ACCESS CREDENTIALS & USER RESPONSIBILITY

This section governs delivery, storage, retrieval, use, and management of tickets, QR codes, registrations, wristbands, digital passes, and other access credentials issued through Regixo.

Following successful bookings or registrations, tickets and related access credentials may be delivered through email, SMS, messaging platforms, account dashboards, mobile interfaces, downloadable QR codes, digital wallets, venue collection systems, wristbands, or other supported methods depending upon event configuration, Organizer preferences, or operational requirements. Delivery methods applicable to specific Events may vary.

Users remain solely responsible for providing accurate contact information, maintaining access to communication channels, verifying spam or filtered messages, ensuring device compatibility, safeguarding credentials, and preserving access to associated email accounts, devices, or authentication methods. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for failed delivery, inaccessible accounts, compromised credentials, device limitations, communication failures, or inaccuracies arising from information supplied by Users or third-party systems.

Tickets and access credentials may include unique QR codes, barcodes, identifiers, wristbands, RFID systems, NFC credentials, or similar authentication mechanisms. Users acknowledge that damaged, duplicated, shared, altered, illegible, compromised, previously used, or unauthorized credentials may result in denial of entry, invalidation of access rights, or additional restrictions. Where applicable, the first successful validation may automatically invalidate duplicate copies.

Certain Events may require identity verification, physical ticket collection, mandatory applications, age verification, device-based authentication, venue-issued wristbands, pre-event forms, or additional compliance procedures. Failure to satisfy applicable requirements may affect issuance of credentials or eligibility for entry without automatic entitlement to refunds or compensation unless otherwise specified.

Users experiencing non-receipt, delayed delivery, inaccessible tickets, or technical issues may attempt retrieval through available account interfaces, support channels, reissuance processes, or alternative methods where supported. Availability of retrieval, corrections, modifications, or reissuance shall remain subject to Organizer policies, verification requirements, operational feasibility, and event-specific restrictions, and successful recovery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

For group bookings or multi-ticket purchases, the purchasing User remains responsible for lawful distribution, management, and use of credentials associated with participants included within the booking. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for disputes, misuse, duplicate entry attempts, or access issues arising within such bookings.

Delivery or access to credentials may occasionally experience delays due to payment processing issues, infrastructure limitations, maintenance activities, high traffic volumes, third-party outages, communication failures, or circumstances beyond Regixo’s control. Such delays shall not automatically constitute deficiency of service or create entitlement to compensation. By purchasing tickets or using Services through Regixo, You acknowledge that access to Events depends partly upon digital systems and third-party infrastructure, and Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

6. ENTRY TO EVENTS, ADMISSION RULES, VENUE POLICIES & ORGANIZER RIGHTS

This section governs admission, venue access, attendee conduct, security requirements, and related obligations applicable to Events booked through Regixo. Purchase of a ticket, registration, or access credential does not guarantee entry, and admission remains subject to compliance with event-specific conditions, venue requirements, security procedures, legal obligations, and Organizer policies.

Admission to Events remains under the control of respective Event Organizers and venue authorities, who may deny, delay, restrict, suspend, or revoke entry due to invalid tickets, identity verification failures, intoxication, prohibited items, security concerns, policy violations, capacity restrictions, unsafe behavior, or other circumstances affecting safety, operations, or attendee experience. Where denial of entry results from User conduct or non-compliance, refunds or compensation may not be available unless otherwise specified.

By attending Events, Users consent to applicable security procedures including identity checks, bag inspections, screening processes, age verification, and other measures required by Organizers, venues, authorities, or applicable regulations. Failure to cooperate with such procedures may result in denial of entry or removal from Events. Users additionally agree to comply with lawful instructions issued by Organizers, venue staff, security personnel, emergency responders, or related authorities and shall refrain from conduct compromising safety, disrupting operations, damaging property, violating restricted areas, or interfering with other attendees.

Events may impose restrictions including age limits, identification requirements, dress codes, prohibited items, alcohol policies, photography restrictions, re-entry limitations, behavioral standards, zone access controls, or other venue-specific conditions. Users remain responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable restrictions before attendance, and failure to satisfy such requirements may affect eligibility for entry without automatic entitlement to refunds or compensation.

Venue layouts, seating arrangements, standing zones, access systems, RFID wristbands, biometric verification tools, mobile authentication methods, or related operational arrangements may vary and remain subject to Organizer or venue decisions. Displayed representations may differ from actual conditions and modifications may occur before or during Events. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for inconvenience arising from seating changes, operational adjustments, access restrictions, or venue modifications beyond its control.

Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings brought to Events. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for loss, theft, damage, confiscation, or misplacement of personal property occurring at venues unless expressly stated otherwise.

Admission, venue access, or Event operations may additionally be affected by weather conditions, government actions, emergencies, public safety requirements, infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Decisions relating to admission, seating, behavioral standards, safety enforcement, access restrictions, or operational matters made by Organizers or venue authorities shall generally remain final, and Regixo does not ordinarily possess authority to override such decisions. Your continued participation in Events booked through Regixo constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

7. EVENT CHANGES, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

Event schedules, venues, performers, formats, and related event details may change at the discretion of respective Event Organizers due to operational requirements, legal obligations, safety concerns, technical limitations, logistical issues, force majeure circumstances, or other factors beyond reasonable control. Regixo primarily facilitates event discovery, registrations, ticketing, and related Services, and does not control event execution, modifications, or Organizer decisions.

Event Organizers may modify event dates, timings, venues, seating arrangements, capacity limits, performer lineups, agendas, entry requirements, safety measures, or other operational conditions. Such modifications shall not automatically entitle Users to refunds, compensation, or cancellation rights unless expressly permitted by applicable Organizer policies or required under law. Previously issued tickets for rescheduled Events may remain valid for revised dates unless otherwise determined by the Organizer. Inability to attend revised schedules shall not automatically create refund entitlement.

Events involving artists, performers, speakers, entertainment programs, or similar participants may experience substitutions, cancellations, delays, or lineup modifications due to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, contractual matters, travel disruptions, or related circumstances. Users acknowledge that such changes do not necessarily constitute Event cancellation and may not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.

Where Events are cancelled, postponed, interrupted, shortened, suspended, or otherwise affected, treatment of refunds, credits, vouchers, ticket validity, alternative access, or compensation shall primarily remain subject to Organizer policies and applicable legal obligations. Regixo may facilitate refund processing where appropriate but does not independently guarantee approval of refunds or compensation relating to Organizer-controlled decisions. Processing timelines may additionally depend upon payment providers, banks, or third-party infrastructure beyond Regixo’s direct control.

Force majeure circumstances including natural disasters, weather conditions, public emergencies, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, infrastructure failures, utility disruptions, or similar events may affect Event operations. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for cancellations, postponements, interruptions, travel expenses, accommodation costs, missed opportunities, inconvenience, or losses arising from such circumstances.

Refunds shall generally not be available where Users fail to attend Events, arrive late, fail verification requirements, violate entry conditions, refuse security procedures, engage in misconduct, or otherwise become ineligible for admission due to User-attributable reasons. Users remain responsible for arranging transportation, accommodation, documentation, timing, and other attendance-related requirements.

Regixo may make reasonable efforts to communicate Event changes after receiving relevant information from Organizers through available channels including email, SMS, notifications, or account updates. However, failure to receive, access, review, or act upon such communications shall not automatically create entitlement to refunds, compensation, or liability against Regixo. Organizer decisions relating to cancellations, rescheduling, venue changes, refunds, ticket validity, or related operational matters shall generally remain final, subject to applicable laws, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

8. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE COMPONENTS

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and related adjustments for bookings made through Regixo are governed primarily by applicable Event Organizer policies. Regixo facilitates ticketing and related transactions and does not independently determine refund eligibility except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Unless explicitly stated for a specific Event, bookings, registrations, and ticket purchases may be considered final, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Confirmed bookings generally cannot be cancelled at User discretion, and booking errors, incorrect selections, duplicate purchases, late arrival, no-shows, misconduct, invalid credentials, intoxication, failure to satisfy entry requirements, or other User-attributable circumstances shall not automatically create refund entitlement. Refund treatment in such situations remains subject to applicable Organizer policies and legal requirements.

Refunds may be approved where permitted by Organizer policies, including circumstances involving Event cancellations, approved exceptional cases, specific refund programs, or other eligible scenarios. Even where refunds are granted, certain components including convenience fees, platform charges, payment processing costs, taxes, add-ons, merchandise, parking, upgrades, donations, or related expenses may remain non-refundable where permitted by law or policy.

Approved refunds may be processed through original payment reversals, bank transfers, UPI refunds, credits, vouchers, wallet balances, or alternative methods determined by applicable policies. Processing timelines may vary depending upon payment providers, banks, financial institutions, verification requirements, or external systems beyond Regixo’s direct control, and successful processing may require additional information where User payment details become unavailable, expired, or inaccurate.

To prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate claims, or unauthorized recovery attempts, Regixo may require verification procedures including identity checks, booking validation, payment confirmation, supporting documentation, or additional compliance measures prior to processing refund-related requests. Unauthorized chargebacks, duplicate recovery attempts, fraudulent claims, or abuse of refund systems may result in restrictions including suspension of accounts, cancellation of bookings, withholding of Services, investigation procedures, or other enforcement actions where permitted by law.

Events explicitly designated as non-refundable, including “No Refunds”, “Strictly Non-Refundable”, “Rain or Shine”, or similar conditions, may remain subject to such restrictions where clearly disclosed before purchase and legally enforceable. Approved refunds shall generally be issued only to the original purchaser or payment source associated with the transaction unless otherwise permitted by applicable policies.

Users acknowledge that Organizer determinations relating to refunds, credits, compensation, ticket validity, cancellation treatment, or exceptional circumstances may remain final subject to applicable laws, and Regixo does not ordinarily override Organizer policies. Expenses associated with attendance including travel, accommodation, meals, parking, childcare, or related ancillary costs shall generally remain the responsibility of Users and may not be recoverable due to cancellations, postponements, disruptions, or Event modifications. Regixo may communicate refund status updates through supported channels, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

9. USER CONDUCT, PROHIBITED BEHAVIOUR & PLATFORM MISUSE

By accessing or using Regixo, purchasing tickets, attending Events, listing Events, creating Organizer accounts, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, You agree to comply with applicable laws, Platform policies, safety standards, and behavioral requirements. Violations may result in account restrictions, cancellation of bookings, denial of access, suspension of Services, withholding of payouts, permanent bans, or legal action where applicable.

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, comply with instructions issued by authorized personnel, and avoid unsafe, abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or unlawful conduct that may compromise safety, operations, Platform integrity, or the experience of other Users.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation, fraudulent transactions, identity misrepresentation, deceptive or duplicate accounts, unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, abuse of refund systems, circumvention of verification processes, unauthorized access attempts, use of bots or automation tools, ticket scalping, unauthorized resale, manipulation of inventory, commercial exploitation of bookings, abuse of promotional mechanisms, scraping, interference with Platform operations, or attempts to bypass security measures.

Users attending Events shall not engage in harassment, discrimination, violence, unsafe conduct, intoxication-related misconduct, unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, interference with venue operations, disruption of Event procedures, damage to infrastructure, or violations of event-specific rules. Organizers or venue authorities may remove attendees for prohibited conduct without obligation to provide refunds or compensation, and serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Users are additionally prohibited from sharing, duplicating, altering, distributing, selling, reproducing, or otherwise misusing tickets, QR codes, booking credentials, RFID devices, wristbands, or related access systems. Unauthorized entry attempts, fabricated credentials, or misuse of access mechanisms may result in denial of entry, cancellation of privileges, account restrictions, enforcement measures, or legal consequences.

Regixo may implement fraud detection systems, risk monitoring tools, identity verification procedures, transaction analysis, device checks, and related compliance measures to protect Users, Organizers, and Platform operations. Suspicious activities may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, additional verification requirements, cancellation of bookings, suspension of Services, withholding of payouts, permanent account termination, or other actions reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or operational integrity. Regixo may additionally cooperate with payment providers, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities where legally required.

Users acknowledge that enforcement measures taken in response to violations of these Terms may not entitle them to refunds, restored privileges, compensation, replacement bookings, or reimbursement of associated costs, and additional liabilities may arise where User conduct causes operational, financial, reputational, or legal harm. Users are encouraged to report suspected fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, safety concerns, security vulnerabilities, or unlawful activities through available support channels. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

10. PAYMENT TERMS, PAYMENT GATEWAY CONDITIONS & TRANSACTION SECURITY

This section governs payments, transaction processing, refunds, organizer payouts, payment verification, and related financial activities conducted through Regixo. Payments may be supported through UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI facilities, payment aggregators, financing products, or other methods enabled from time to time, subject to availability, regulatory requirements, and provider limitations.

By initiating transactions through Regixo, You represent and warrant that You are authorized to use the selected payment instrument, provide accurate payment information, and authorize applicable payment providers to process transactions. Additional verification procedures including OTP authentication, identity checks, device verification, or compliance measures may be required before completion of payments. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in unsuccessful transactions.

Payments processed through Regixo may involve independent payment gateways, financial institutions, banks, or service providers beyond Regixo’s direct control. Transaction approvals, failures, processing timelines, reversals, authentication procedures, and risk assessments may therefore depend upon third-party systems. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for payment gateway downtime, banking failures, delayed processing, technical interruptions, or similar external circumstances.

Transactions may occasionally remain pending, duplicated, interrupted, incomplete, or unsuccessful due to connectivity issues, gateway failures, banking delays, incorrect inputs, retries, device limitations, or technical problems. Users remain responsible for reviewing transaction status before repeating payments. Where deductions occur without confirmed bookings, reversals or refunds may remain subject to timelines determined by payment providers or financial institutions beyond Regixo’s direct control.

Platform charges, convenience fees, processing costs, taxes, statutory levies, and similar components may apply to transactions and may remain non-refundable where permitted by law or policy. Certain Events may additionally utilize dynamic pricing models, resulting in price changes prior to confirmed bookings. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for such variations.

Regixo and associated payment providers may implement fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, identity verification procedures, behavioral analysis, risk scoring, and compliance measures to protect Users, Organizers, and Platform operations. Suspicious activities, abusive chargebacks, duplicate recovery attempts, fraudulent claims, or policy violations may result in cancellation of bookings, restrictions on Services, withholding of payouts, account limitations, investigation procedures, or additional enforcement measures where appropriate.

Approved refunds may be processed through original payment methods, banking channels, UPI systems, wallets, vouchers, or alternative mechanisms depending upon transaction type and applicable policies. Actual processing timelines remain dependent upon external financial infrastructure and cannot be guaranteed by Regixo. Users utilizing international payment instruments, EMI facilities, financing arrangements, or Buy-Now-Pay-Later products acknowledge that additional charges, financing costs, currency conversion fees, or lender-imposed conditions may apply.

A transaction shall generally be considered completed only upon successful payment confirmation together with generation of booking records, tickets, confirmations, or applicable credentials. Users remain responsible for securing accounts, devices, payment methods, and authentication credentials, and Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised devices, shared accounts, credential exposure, or User negligence.

Regixo may utilize commercially reasonable security measures including encryption, secure communications, fraud monitoring, tokenization, and related safeguards; however, no digital system guarantees absolute security. Regixo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, reverse, reject, or cancel transactions where fraud risks, suspicious activity, security concerns, compliance requirements, or policy violations are identified. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS, WHATSAPP CONSENT & NOTIFICATION TERMS

This section governs communications sent by Regixo through SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, in-app messages, support channels, and other communication methods used for Platform operations, transactions, marketing, or related Services.

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, attending Events, listing Events, receiving payouts, or otherwise using Regixo, You consent to receiving essential transactional communications including booking confirmations, ticket delivery notifications, OTPs, payment updates, refund status, Event reminders, security alerts, account notifications, support communications, and other messages reasonably necessary for service delivery. Such transactional communications may continue where required for security, compliance, operational, or legal purposes and may not always be subject to opt-out mechanisms.

You additionally consent to receiving communications through WhatsApp, email, SMS, push notifications, or similar channels relating to promotional offers, Event recommendations, discounts, sponsored content, platform updates, referral campaigns, or marketing activities where permitted under applicable laws. Users may withdraw consent or opt out of promotional communications through available settings, unsubscribe mechanisms, or support channels; however, opting out shall not ordinarily affect receipt of essential transactional or compliance-related communications.

Regixo endeavors to comply with applicable communication regulations and messaging standards; however, delivery of communications depends partly upon telecom operators, internet providers, messaging platforms, spam filters, device settings, inbox limitations, external systems, and accuracy of User-provided contact information. Regixo shall not ordinarily guarantee successful delivery of communications or be liable for failures, delays, missed notifications, or consequences arising from third-party systems, disabled notification settings, inaccurate account information, or User-controlled configurations.

Users remain solely responsible for maintaining accurate and updated contact information including mobile numbers, email addresses, messaging access, and related account details. Failure to maintain current information may affect receipt of tickets, booking confirmations, refunds, Event updates, payout notifications, security alerts, or related communications.

Regardless of marketing preferences or communication opt-outs, Regixo may continue sending essential communications relating to fraud alerts, safety concerns, Event cancellations, legal requirements, security incidents, regulatory obligations, operational disruptions, or other matters reasonably necessary to protect Users, Organizers, or Platform integrity. Where bookings involve multiple attendees, the primary purchaser may remain responsible for receiving and distributing relevant communications to associated participants.

Users acknowledge that communication content may occasionally contain delays, inaccuracies, Organizer-driven modifications, or outdated information, and remain responsible for verifying important details through official Platform interfaces, account records, booking confirmations, or Event information where necessary. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

12. MOBILE APP LICENSING, PERMISSIONS & PLATFORM USAGE RESTRICTIONS

This section governs installation, access, permissions, usage, limitations, and licensing terms applicable to the official Regixo mobile application (“App”), where available. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Regixo grants Users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for lawful access to Regixo Services, including ticket purchases, event registrations, organizer tools, account management, and related functionalities. The App is licensed and not sold, and no ownership rights in the App, software, or associated intellectual property are transferred to Users.

Users are encouraged to download the App only through official distribution channels. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for losses, security risks, compromised functionality, or misuse arising from unofficial, modified, unauthorized, or third-party versions of the App. App functionality may additionally vary depending upon device specifications, operating systems, software environments, hardware limitations, supported versions, or regional availability.

Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, decompiling, scraping, bypassing security measures, accessing source code, distributing unauthorized versions, using automation tools, injecting malicious code, compromising App integrity, or engaging in activities adversely affecting Platform performance, security, or other Users. Violations may result in restrictions, suspension, account termination, legal action, or additional enforcement measures where permitted by law.

The App may request access to device features including notifications, camera access, storage, internet connectivity, location services, contacts, or other permissions necessary for specific functionalities. Users may manage permissions through device settings; however, restricting permissions may reduce functionality, limit access to tickets, affect communications, or restrict availability of certain Services. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for reduced functionality resulting from denied permissions or unsupported environments.

Regixo may release updates, patches, security enhancements, mandatory upgrades, interface changes, or feature modifications from time to time. Continued access to certain Services may require updated versions of the App, and outdated versions may become unsupported. Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, degraded performance, external outages, force majeure events, or technical limitations shall not automatically create entitlement to compensation or remedies unless required by applicable law.

To protect Users, Organizers, and Platform integrity, Regixo may implement security measures including device verification, fraud detection, session monitoring, suspicious activity detection, authentication safeguards, or additional compliance procedures. Regixo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate App access where fraud risks, policy violations, misuse, security concerns, regulatory requirements, or threats to Platform integrity are identified.

Users remain responsible for maintaining secure devices, safeguarding credentials, updating software, preventing unauthorized access, and using secure networks. Uninstallation of the App shall not automatically terminate accounts, cancel bookings, remove obligations, or affect retained information subject to applicable laws or policies. Continued installation, access, or use of the App constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

13. TICKETING TECHNOLOGY, QR / NFC / RFID SYSTEMS & ADVANCED ENTRY DISCLAIMER

This section governs technology-enabled ticketing systems, access mechanisms, validation tools, QR-based entry, RFID or NFC systems, digital passes, biometric verification technologies, fraud prevention systems, and related technologies supported or facilitated through Regixo.

Tickets, registrations, and access credentials issued through Regixo may utilize QR codes, barcodes, digital tokens, mobile credentials, wallet passes, RFID devices, NFC systems, biometric verification tools, or similar technologies. Successful validation of such credentials may depend upon device compatibility, internet connectivity, battery levels, software environments, screen visibility, venue infrastructure, environmental conditions, hardware performance, or operational factors beyond Regixo’s direct control. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for failures resulting from damaged devices, unreadable displays, unsupported systems, connectivity limitations, low battery levels, or other User-attributable circumstances.

Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding tickets, QR codes, wristbands, RFID devices, access credentials, and associated authentication methods. Credentials that are duplicated, transferred, altered, tampered with, compromised, damaged, previously used, or improperly handled may become invalid and may result in denial of entry or additional restrictions. Where applicable, only the first successful validation of a credential may remain valid. Replacement, restoration, or reissuance of credentials shall generally remain subject to Organizer policies and applicable Event conditions.

Certain Events may utilize offline scanning mechanisms, multi-gate synchronization systems, advanced fraud detection tools, device verification measures, anomaly detection, behavioral analysis, tokenized credentials, or manual review procedures to protect Users, Organizers, and Platform integrity. Such systems may occasionally cause delays, additional verification requirements, synchronization conflicts, or temporary restrictions, and Users acknowledge that these may represent operational limitations rather than Service failures.

Events may additionally depend upon venue-operated hardware including scanners, kiosks, handheld readers, access gates, turnstiles, biometric systems, or similar infrastructure. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for failures arising from venue equipment, environmental conditions, electricity disruptions, connectivity limitations, maintenance issues, crowd density, third-party systems, or operational misuse. Admission decisions remain primarily under authority of Event Organizers and venue personnel.

Users remain responsible for preparing compatible devices, maintaining adequate battery levels, downloading credentials where necessary, complying with verification requirements, arriving with sufficient time, and satisfying applicable technical conditions before attendance. Failure to satisfy such requirements shall not automatically create entitlement to refunds or compensation.

Regixo may temporarily suspend, restrict, modify, or disable certain technology systems, validation tools, fraud checks, synchronization processes, wallet features, or related functionalities due to maintenance, security measures, emergencies, regulatory requirements, infrastructure limitations, or operational needs. Continued use of technology-enabled ticketing systems through Regixo constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

14. MULTI-ZONE, MULTI-DAY, VIP EXPERIENCE & HYBRID EVENT TERMS

This section applies to Events offering multiple access categories, premium experiences, restricted zones, multi-day passes, add-on benefits, workshops, meet-and-greet sessions, virtual access, hybrid participation, or other enhanced experiences.

Events may provide differentiated access categories including VIP, premium zones, lounges, reserved seating, backstage privileges, fan pits, invite-only sections, hospitality areas, or other restricted experiences. Access rights remain limited to the category, zone, dates, sessions, or entitlements specifically associated with purchased tickets or approved privileges. Unauthorized access attempts may result in denial of entry, removal, cancellation of benefits, or additional enforcement measures without automatic entitlement to refunds or compensation.

Event Organizers may modify seating arrangements, access zones, schedules, premium benefits, amenities, venue layouts, crowd management measures, access routes, privileges, or participation methods due to operational requirements, safety concerns, capacity limitations, logistical constraints, venue changes, or other circumstances affecting Event execution. Such modifications shall not automatically create entitlement to refunds, compensation, upgrades, or cancellation rights unless expressly permitted by applicable policies or required under law.

Multi-day passes, scheduled sessions, workshops, special experiences, meet-and-greets, and time-specific access arrangements may remain valid only for designated dates, periods, or participation windows. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable timing requirements, re-entry rules, attendance conditions, and verification procedures. Missed participation, late arrival, unused access periods, or failure to utilize associated benefits shall not ordinarily create refund entitlement.

Premium categories may include benefits such as priority entry, hospitality services, exclusive merchandise, preferred seating, dedicated support, supplementary facilities, complimentary offerings, or enhanced experiences. Availability and quality of such benefits may vary depending upon operational conditions, crowd levels, artist participation, venue limitations, inventory availability, or Organizer decisions. Temporary shortages, substitutions, or modifications shall not automatically create entitlement to compensation.

Certain Events may additionally utilize wristbands, RFID systems, digital credentials, hybrid participation formats, livestreams, virtual sessions, online content, or other technology-enabled access methods. Access to such components may depend upon internet connectivity, supported devices, software compatibility, venue infrastructure, or third-party systems beyond Regixo’s direct control. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for failures arising from external systems, User environments, or technical limitations.

Premium benefits, zone privileges, workshops, special access experiences, and multi-day entitlements shall generally remain personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted. Event Organizers retain authority to regulate zones, modify privileges, restrict access, close areas, adjust amenities, redirect attendees, or implement safety measures where reasonably necessary. Continued participation in such Events constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

15. WALLET USAGE OVERVIEW (PUBLIC-FACING SUMMARY)

Regixo may offer wallet functionality, stored-value balances, promotional credits, refunds, or cashless payment systems (“Wallet”) for use within supported Platform features or eligible Events. Such Wallet functionality is intended solely as a convenience feature and does not constitute a bank account, deposit product, investment instrument, prepaid payment product, digital asset, or substitute for physical currency unless expressly stated otherwise.

Wallet balances may be credited through approved refunds, promotional programs, voluntary top-ups, event-specific allocations, bonus credits, Organizer distributions, or other supported methods. Different balance categories may carry distinct usage rights, restrictions, expiry conditions, refund eligibility, or transfer limitations, and Users remain responsible for reviewing applicable terms associated with specific Wallet balances. Unless expressly permitted, Wallet balances shall generally not be transferable, withdrawable, exchangeable for cash, or usable outside supported Regixo environments.

Where supported, Wallet balances may be used for purchases including tickets, merchandise, food and beverages, parking, premium experiences, add-ons, onsite services, or related Event transactions. Regixo primarily facilitates such transactions and shall not ordinarily be responsible for vendor pricing, fulfillment, product quality, service standards, availability, hygiene, or disputes relating to third-party purchases made using Wallet balances.

Refund treatment, expiry rules, restoration rights, transaction reversals, and balance validity remain subject to applicable policies, Organizer decisions, event conditions, verification procedures, operational feasibility, fraud prevention measures, or regulatory requirements. Certain balances may expire following inactivity periods, event completion, promotional timelines, or other communicated conditions and may not automatically qualify for restoration, compensation, or refunds where permitted by law.

Regixo may maintain transaction records relating to Wallet activity including top-ups, credits, purchases, refunds, debits, timestamps, and related logs, which may generally be treated as authoritative unless material errors are demonstrated. To protect Users, Organizers, and Platform integrity, Regixo may implement verification measures, freeze balances, restrict access, reverse suspicious transactions, suspend Wallet functionality, or impose limitations where fraud risks, policy violations, chargebacks, security concerns, or abnormal activity are identified.

Wallet balances do not accrue interest, generate financial returns, create investment rights, or represent loans to Regixo. Users remain responsible for safeguarding Wallet-linked devices, credentials, wristbands, authentication methods, and access systems, and shall promptly report suspected unauthorized activity. Regixo reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or redesign Wallet features where reasonably necessary for operational, security, regulatory, or business purposes. Continued use of Wallet functionality constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

16. MEDICAL, EMERGENCY, SAFETY & CROWD MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMER

By purchasing tickets, registering for Events, or attending Events through Regixo, You acknowledge that participation in live events, public gatherings, outdoor environments, and crowded spaces involves inherent risks including injuries, illness, accidents, environmental exposure, crowd-related incidents, operational disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Attendance at Events remains voluntary and at Your own risk.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating their physical fitness, medical condition, suitability to attend, and compliance with applicable safety measures, venue policies, and Organizer instructions. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, sensory sensitivities, or related vulnerabilities should independently assess participation suitability and seek professional advice where appropriate. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for aggravation of medical conditions, allergic reactions, environmental impacts, health deterioration, or consequences arising from voluntary participation.

Events may involve exposure to weather conditions, crowd density, long queues, intoxicated attendees, loud sound systems, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, smoke effects, restricted movement, crowd surges, or similar operational and environmental factors. Such circumstances may affect comfort, mobility, safety, visibility, or overall experience. Regixo does not control venue operations, crowd behavior, Organizer safety procedures, or attendee conduct and shall not ordinarily be responsible for incidents arising from crowd movement, misconduct, intoxication, harassment, theft, disputes, or failures attributable to Organizers, venues, or third parties.

Certain Events may provide first aid services, emergency personnel, medical assistance, evacuation procedures, or safety infrastructure depending upon Organizer arrangements and venue capabilities. Availability, quality, and response times of such services may vary, and Regixo does not provide medical treatment, healthcare services, or emergency response capabilities. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for treatment outcomes, delays, hospitalization expenses, medical advice, emergency responses, or availability of healthcare resources.

Users agree to comply with security instructions, evacuation procedures, announcements, safety measures, public health requirements, screening protocols, and directions issued by authorized personnel. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, removal, restricted access, or involvement of relevant authorities without automatic entitlement to refunds or compensation where permitted by law.

Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings and supervising minors accompanying them to Events. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for theft, loss, damage, inadequate supervision, or incidents involving personal property, minors, venue infrastructure, contractors, vendors, security personnel, medical partners, or other third parties involved in Event execution. Ticket purchases do not ordinarily include accident insurance, medical coverage, or personal protection benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.

Emergency situations including weather disruptions, public safety incidents, security threats, infrastructure failures, evacuation orders, crowd control measures, or regulatory interventions may require suspension, modification, or interruption of Events. Event Organizers, venues, or authorities retain primary responsibility for safety operations and related decisions. Continued attendance at or participation in Events constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these inherent risks and conditions.

17. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, CCTV & SURVEILLANCE CONSENT

By purchasing tickets, registering for Events, entering venues, or attending Events facilitated through Regixo, You acknowledge and consent to photography, videography, livestreams, audio recordings, surveillance systems, and related monitoring practices conducted for operational, promotional, security, compliance, investigative, or lawful purposes.

Event Organizers, venues, Regixo, sponsors, production teams, media partners, vendors, and authorized parties may capture photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, or similar content during Events. Such recordings may incidentally or intentionally include Your image, likeness, voice, appearance, interactions, or other identifiable characteristics. Attendance at public Events constitutes consent to such recording activities where permitted by applicable law.

Users grant Regixo and relevant Event parties a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, revocable where legally required, to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, publish, display, archive, or otherwise utilize Event-related recordings for legitimate purposes including marketing, promotional campaigns, social media content, press materials, Event recaps, internal analysis, historical records, communications, sponsor-related activities, or related business operations. Appearance in such recordings shall not ordinarily create entitlement to compensation, royalties, approval rights, or financial consideration solely due to incidental participation.

Event Organizers or venues may impose restrictions relating to photography, filming, livestreaming, drones, professional equipment, backstage recording, performance capture, or related activities. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable restrictions, and violations may result in denial of access, removal, restrictions, confiscation of equipment where legally permissible, or additional enforcement measures.

Venues may additionally utilize CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, access monitoring tools, crowd management systems, biometric verification methods, or related infrastructure for safety, fraud prevention, identity verification, incident investigation, compliance, or operational purposes. Recordings may be retained, reviewed, or disclosed to authorities, regulators, insurers, legal advisors, security providers, or other relevant parties where legally required or reasonably necessary. Public Event environments may involve limited expectations of privacy.

Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for recordings independently created, distributed, or published by attendees, influencers, media representatives, or unrelated third parties. Users shall not engage in unlawful recording activities, privacy violations, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or capture of restricted areas in violation of applicable laws or Event policies. Access to CCTV footage, security archives, biometric records, or raw Event recordings is generally not guaranteed except where legally required or operationally appropriate.

Where recordings raise legitimate privacy concerns, child safety issues, unlawful capture circumstances, or similar matters, Regixo may review requests relating to removal or restriction of content subject to applicable laws, contractual obligations, and operational feasibility. Continued attendance at Events or use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

18. MERCHANDISE & ADD-ON PURCHASE TERMS

This section applies to non-ticket purchases, supplementary services, optional upgrades, and additional products offered through Regixo (“Add-On Purchases”), including merchandise, parking passes, workshops, food vouchers, premium experiences, digital goods, VIP upgrades, lounge access, table bookings, after-party access, and related Event offerings. Such purchases may be facilitated by Regixo, Event Organizers, venues, or independent third-party vendors.

Add-On Purchases are generally separate from Event tickets unless expressly stated otherwise and may remain subject to independent conditions, redemption requirements, eligibility criteria, availability limitations, usage restrictions, or Organizer policies. Purchase of an add-on does not automatically guarantee Event admission, premium access, or additional entitlements beyond the specific benefit purchased.

Where products or services are supplied by independent vendors, merchants, or service providers, such parties remain primarily responsible for product quality, fulfillment, delivery, warranties, support, replacements, availability, pricing, and compliance with applicable obligations. Regixo generally acts as a technology facilitator and shall not ordinarily be liable for vendor cancellations, defective products, delayed delivery, sizing issues, quality disputes, inventory shortages, post-sale support matters, or dissatisfaction relating to third-party goods or services.

Certain add-ons may require redemption through specific locations, scheduled sessions, verification procedures, designated time windows, identity checks, QR validation, or Event attendance requirements. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable redemption conditions, and unused, expired, or missed add-ons may not automatically qualify for refunds, exchanges, rescheduling, or compensation unless otherwise specified.

Physical merchandise, parking passes, prepaid food benefits, premium tables, workshops, hospitality services, digital goods, or similar offerings may remain subject to venue limitations, inventory availability, delivery timelines, logistics constraints, vendor policies, age restrictions, operational conditions, device compatibility requirements, or external factors beyond Regixo’s direct control. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for vehicle damage, shipping delays, failed deliveries, product variations, vendor conduct, service quality, or operational disruptions attributable to third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Add-On Purchases may be non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable following purchase. Refund treatment generally depends upon applicable Organizer policies, bundled package conditions, Event cancellation status, operational circumstances, or legal requirements. Failure to utilize purchased add-ons shall not ordinarily create entitlement to compensation.

Users remain responsible for safeguarding physical redemption materials, passes, wristbands, vouchers, merchandise claims, credentials, and associated access systems. Regixo reserves the right to modify, restrict, discontinue, or redesign add-on offerings where reasonably necessary. Continued purchase or use of Add-On Purchases through Regixo constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

19. TICKET TRANSFER & REASSIGNMENT RULES

This section governs circumstances under which tickets may be transferred, reassigned, gifted, substituted, or otherwise moved between individuals. Unless expressly enabled through Event-specific policies or Platform functionality, tickets issued through Regixo shall generally remain non-transferable.

By default, ticket transfers, name changes, attendee substitutions, gifting, resale, reassignment, or modification of access rights following booking confirmation may not be permitted. Transfer eligibility may vary depending upon Event type, ticket category, Organizer policies, venue requirements, identity verification rules, or applicable legal obligations.

Where transfer functionality is expressly permitted, Event Organizers may allow limited attendee updates, guest substitutions, reassignment of access rights, or related modifications subject to verification procedures, timing restrictions, transfer windows, fees, category limitations, or additional conditions. Organizer rules shall generally prevail in determining transfer eligibility, approval, and restrictions.

Certain categories including VIP experiences, backstage access, artist interactions, identity-linked tickets, premium benefits, restricted credentials, multi-day passes, complimentary allocations, sponsored access, promotional tickets, or similar categories may remain permanently non-transferable. Associated add-ons, workshops, parking, merchandise rights, lounge access, or bundled benefits may additionally remain subject to separate transfer rules or restrictions.

Unauthorized resale, ticket scalping, bulk redistribution, commercial exploitation, listing on unofficial marketplaces, identity manipulation, misuse of transfer systems, or fraudulent reassignment activity is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of tickets, denial of entry, account restrictions, suspension of Services, invalidation of transfers, withholding of benefits, investigation procedures, legal action, or other enforcement measures. Regixo may implement fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify suspicious transfer patterns or unauthorized activity.

Transferred tickets may remain subject to identity verification requirements including government identification, authentication checks, age verification, matching personal information, biometric procedures where applicable, or related validation measures. Failure to satisfy applicable requirements may result in denial of access without automatic entitlement to refunds or compensation unless otherwise specified.

Users remain responsible for providing accurate recipient information, complying with transfer deadlines, completing verification requirements, and reviewing Event-specific rules relating to transfers, gifts, or reassignment. Failed transfers resulting from incorrect information, expired windows, incomplete actions, recipient errors, or operational limitations shall not automatically create refund rights. Determinations relating to transfer approval, restrictions, verification outcomes, or reassignment eligibility shall generally remain under authority of Event Organizers or applicable policies. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

20. TECHNICAL DISRUPTION, COMMUNICATION FAILURE & CONNECTIVITY DISCLAIMER

Use of Regixo’s Platform, applications, ticketing systems, payment infrastructure, organizer tools, communication channels, and access technologies depends upon multiple third-party services including cloud infrastructure, telecommunications networks, payment gateways, APIs, hardware systems, software environments, and external providers. Users acknowledge that technical disruptions, delays, outages, and operational limitations may occasionally occur, and Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for interruptions or losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The Platform may experience temporary unavailability, slowdowns, maintenance periods, degraded performance, server overload, synchronization delays, or outages due to high demand, infrastructure changes, security measures, updates, external failures, or operational requirements. Regixo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or continuous access to Services.

Users remain responsible for maintaining compatible devices, updated software, adequate battery levels, stable internet connectivity, supported browsers, sufficient storage, accessible credentials, and reasonable technical preparedness before using Services or attending Events. Device failures, connectivity issues, outdated environments, damaged hardware, unsupported systems, or User-controlled limitations may affect ticket access, QR generation, communications, payment processing, livestreams, or related functionality and shall not ordinarily create entitlement to refunds, compensation, or replacement access.

Communications including emails, SMS, OTPs, WhatsApp messages, notifications, confirmations, and updates may occasionally fail due to spam filters, telecom issues, messaging provider limitations, incorrect contact information, device settings, or external infrastructure disruptions. Users remain responsible for monitoring account activity, booking status, and Platform records where necessary. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for consequences arising from unsuccessful delivery of communications beyond reasonable control.

Payment transactions, ticket validation systems, QR scanning tools, RFID infrastructure, entry devices, synchronization mechanisms, offline processing systems, and related technologies may occasionally experience delays or failures due to banking downtime, payment provider issues, venue infrastructure limitations, hardware malfunctions, crowd conditions, environmental factors, or third-party systems. Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for inconvenience, delays, missed access, interrupted experiences, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or similar losses arising from such circumstances.

Regixo may temporarily suspend, restrict, or modify certain features including ticket access, authentication systems, support channels, payment functionality, or related Services during maintenance, emergencies, infrastructure upgrades, security events, compliance requirements, or operational needs. Such actions shall not automatically create liability or compensation obligations.

By using Regixo, You acknowledge that digital platforms inherently involve technical limitations, external dependencies, and unavoidable disruptions despite reasonable safeguards, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

21. ACCESSIBILITY, SPECIAL ASSISTANCE & DISABILITY-RELATED LIMITATIONS

Regixo supports inclusive participation and encourages Event Organizers to improve accessibility wherever reasonably feasible. However, accessibility infrastructure, accommodations, assistance services, and disability-related arrangements remain primarily under the control of Event Organizers, venue operators, and related service providers rather than Regixo. Accessibility capabilities may vary significantly depending upon venue design, Event type, crowd conditions, infrastructure quality, operational constraints, and Organizer arrangements.

Certain Events may provide accessibility features including ramps, elevators, accessible seating, wheelchair pathways, accessible restrooms, priority entry, dedicated parking, sensory accommodations, staff assistance, or related facilities where available. Regixo does not independently inspect, certify, monitor, guarantee, or control the operational readiness, quality, safety, or availability of such accommodations, and their presence shall not be presumed unless expressly communicated.

Users requiring accessibility support, mobility assistance, caregiver arrangements, sensory accommodations, or related services are encouraged to contact Event Organizers or venues directly in advance to confirm available infrastructure, support options, seating arrangements, parking conditions, companion access policies, or specific accommodation requirements. Advance communication may improve outcomes but does not guarantee availability. Regixo may provide contact information where available but does not independently commit to accessibility arrangements on behalf of Organizers.

Availability of assisted entry, priority access, wheelchair support, caregiver accommodations, accessible parking, sign language interpretation, sensory-safe spaces, quiet zones, Braille materials, assisted listening devices, or related services may remain limited by venue infrastructure, staffing levels, crowd conditions, operational constraints, safety measures, or Organizer policies. Premium zones, VIP experiences, standing areas, elevated platforms, outdoor environments, uneven terrain, and physically demanding venues may additionally present accessibility limitations.

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating suitability of attendance based upon personal mobility requirements, health conditions, accessibility needs, and safety considerations. During emergencies, evacuations, crowd incidents, or safety-related situations, personalized assistance or mobility support may become limited due to operational realities. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for inaccessible infrastructure, unavailable accommodations, insufficient support services, evacuation limitations, venue design deficiencies, or failures by Organizers or venues to implement accessibility measures.

By attending Events facilitated through Regixo, You acknowledge that accessibility standards and accommodations vary across venues and Organizers, that limitations may exist despite reasonable efforts, and that attendance decisions remain voluntary and based upon Your own assessment of suitability. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

22. CONTACTLESS, DIGITAL-ONLY & ECO TICKETING TERMS

Regixo supports environmentally conscious, contactless, and digital-first ticketing systems through technologies including QR codes, in-app tickets, RFID or NFC devices, digital passes, tokenized credentials, wallet-based access systems, and related entry methods. Certain Events may operate exclusively through digital credentials, and physical tickets or printed copies may not always be accepted unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users acknowledge that access to supported devices, active credentials, compatible software, adequate battery levels, internet connectivity where required, and functional applications may be necessary for successful entry. Failure to present valid credentials due to device limitations, inaccessible accounts, outdated software, damaged hardware, deleted applications, or similar User-attributable circumstances shall not ordinarily create entitlement to refunds, compensation, or replacement access.

Certain Events may support offline storage of tickets or cached credentials; however, offline access is not guaranteed for all Events and credential validity, synchronization requirements, or access conditions may change following download. Users remain responsible for verifying whether offline functionality is supported and preparing accordingly before attendance.

Events utilizing RFID wristbands, NFC devices, dynamic QR systems, tokenized credentials, wearable technologies, or similar access methods may require activation, identity verification, app installation, wallet integration, or additional procedures determined by Organizers. Credentials that are damaged, shared, duplicated, altered, removed, compromised, or improperly used may become invalid, and replacement or restoration shall generally remain subject to Organizer policies and operational feasibility.

Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding digital tickets, login credentials, QR codes, wearable devices, and associated access methods. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for losses arising from credential exposure, unauthorized sharing, fake applications, account compromise, misuse of devices, or User negligence. Where applicable, successful first-time validation may invalidate subsequent attempts.

Venue-level validation systems may occasionally experience delays due to crowd conditions, infrastructure limitations, environmental factors, hardware constraints, synchronization issues, or operational realities. Additional verification procedures, identity checks, security screening, bag inspections, or safety measures may continue to apply despite contactless technologies. Temporary delays or technical limitations shall not automatically create entitlement to refunds or compensation.

Regixo may support eco-friendly and paperless participation models eliminating physical tickets, printed materials, or similar resources where implemented. By attending Events using digital or contactless systems, You acknowledge that digital credentials may constitute the exclusive method of access and continued use of such technologies constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This section governs all intellectual property rights associated with Regixo, including software systems, websites, applications, ticketing technologies, QR and access systems, databases, APIs, designs, branding, content, communication formats, organizer tools, algorithms, and related technological infrastructure. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights in and relating to the Platform remain owned by Regixo, its licensors, partners, or authorized rights holders. Use of the Platform grants only limited rights of access and does not transfer ownership, proprietary interests, or intellectual property claims to Users.

The names “Regixo”, associated logos, trademarks, visual identifiers, service marks, branding elements, interfaces, and related assets constitute proprietary property and shall not be copied, modified, reproduced, commercialized, registered, displayed, or otherwise used in ways implying affiliation, endorsement, or ownership without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may constitute infringement under applicable laws.

Content displayed through the Platform, including text, graphics, layouts, templates, workflows, legal materials, promotional assets, ticket formats, communications, designs, and related materials, may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, Users shall not reproduce, distribute, archive, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, clone, automate extraction of, or otherwise misuse Platform content, software, ticketing systems, APIs, fraud prevention tools, databases, validation technologies, or related infrastructure. Such conduct may result in restrictions, suspension, technical blocking, legal proceedings, damages claims, or additional enforcement measures.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Regixo grants Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Services solely for lawful purposes. This license does not include rights to develop competing services, commercialize Platform technology, redistribute materials, create derivative works, resell access, manipulate ticketing systems, duplicate credentials, or exploit intellectual property beyond authorized usage. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Event Organizers and Users may upload content including Event information, branding, promotional materials, reviews, feedback, photographs, ratings, or related submissions. Users and Organizers represent that they possess necessary rights to such content. Where permitted by law, submissions may grant Regixo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, process, reproduce, adapt, or distribute content for Platform operations, improvement, analytics, communications, or related lawful purposes. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for ownership disputes relating to third-party or Organizer-provided materials.

Display of third-party intellectual property including artist content, sponsor assets, merchandise designs, logos, venue materials, or performance-related content does not transfer ownership rights to Users. Individuals believing their intellectual property rights have been infringed may submit notices with supporting information, and Regixo may investigate, restrict access, remove content, or take appropriate measures where legally required. Intellectual property protections, restrictions, and valid licenses may survive termination of accounts or cessation of Platform use where necessary.

By using Regixo, You acknowledge that Platform-related intellectual property remains protected, access does not create ownership rights, unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited, and violations may result in legal consequences. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

24. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (“UGC”)

This section governs all content submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise shared by Users through Regixo, including reviews, ratings, comments, feedback, suggestions, photographs, videos, profile information, testimonials, event interactions, contest submissions, and other User-contributed materials (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). By submitting UGC, Users acknowledge and agree to the conditions set out herein.

Users remain solely responsible for content submitted through the Platform and represent that they possess necessary rights, permissions, or authorizations to publish such content, that the content does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable laws, or breach contractual obligations. Regixo does not routinely pre-screen all UGC and shall not ordinarily be liable for content submitted by Users.

Users shall not upload, post, distribute, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, privacy-violating, fraudulent, sexually explicit, spam-related, malicious, or otherwise harmful. Users additionally shall not manipulate ratings, submit deceptive reviews, impersonate others, distribute malware, promote competing services inappropriately, or engage in conduct designed to distort Platform trust systems. Violations may result in moderation actions, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, permanent bans, legal action, or reporting to authorities where required.

By submitting UGC, Users grant Regixo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, process, adapt, publish, or otherwise utilize such content for Platform operations, analytics, service improvement, marketing, communications, product development, Event promotion, and related lawful purposes. Such use shall not ordinarily create entitlement to compensation solely due to standard utilization of submitted content.

Regixo reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, restrict, edit, remove, reject, moderate, or disable UGC where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, legal obligations, Platform integrity, Organizer requests, or enforcement of these Terms. Moderation actions may occur with or without notice where appropriate, and Regixo shall not ordinarily be obligated to restore removed content, disclose moderation criteria, or justify outcomes except where required by law.

UGC represents the views of respective Users and does not necessarily reflect opinions, endorsements, or positions of Regixo. Certain content including reviews, ratings, comments, testimonials, or interactive Event submissions may become publicly visible through Platform features. Regixo does not guarantee permanent storage, persistence, or continued availability of UGC, and content may be removed due to moderation, account deletion, legal requirements, Organizer requests, system changes, or operational decisions.

Users may report harmful, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate content through available reporting mechanisms. Where UGC results in claims involving infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or unlawful conduct, Users may remain responsible under applicable indemnification provisions and Regixo may cooperate with lawful investigations, regulatory requests, or court orders where required. Continued submission of content or use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

25. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION & ACCOUNT ACTIONS

Regixo reserves the right, subject to applicable laws and these Terms, to suspend, restrict, investigate, limit, freeze, or terminate access to the Platform, including User accounts, Organizer accounts, tickets, balances, event access, payouts, promotions, and related Services. Such actions may occur with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational integrity, or enforcement of these Terms.

Account restrictions or termination may arise from circumstances including violations of these Terms or Platform policies, fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, ticket forgery, QR manipulation, identity fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse of promotions, harmful conduct, harassment, unlawful activity, event misconduct, payment disputes, suspicious transactions, abuse of Services, regulatory obligations, law enforcement requests, or related compliance concerns.

Regixo may impose enforcement measures including temporary restrictions, permanent account termination, ticket cancellation, content removal, suspension of access to Services, freezing of balances, delays affecting payouts or refunds, enhanced verification requirements, communication restrictions, device-level blocks, technical limitations, or other actions reasonably necessary to protect Users, Organizers, Platform integrity, or event ecosystems. Measures implemented may vary depending upon severity, risk profile, or applicable circumstances.

Where enforcement actions arise from misconduct, fraud, policy violations, abusive conduct, technical misuse, or prohibited activities, Users may not automatically be entitled to refunds, compensation, restoration of privileges, replacement tickets, promotional benefits, access rights, balances, or related entitlements where permitted by law. Investigations involving suspicious activity, chargebacks, identity concerns, or compliance reviews may additionally result in temporary delays affecting transactions, payouts, balances, refunds, or account access.

Regixo may require identity verification, supporting documentation, payment confirmation, or additional information before restoring access, processing transactions, lifting restrictions, or resolving investigations. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in continuation of restrictions or denial of requested actions. Users attempting to bypass restrictions through alternative identities, devices, automation tools, or similar methods may face additional enforcement measures.

Event Organizers may request ticket cancellations, attendee restrictions, denial of entry, or related enforcement actions concerning misconduct, safety risks, or Event operations, and Regixo may review and implement such requests where appropriate. Users may request review of certain enforcement decisions through available support channels; however, submission of appeals does not guarantee reversal or restoration of access.

Termination, suspension, or closure of accounts shall not extinguish obligations, liabilities, payment responsibilities, indemnities, intellectual property protections, dispute provisions, or other rights intended to survive account closure. By using Regixo, You acknowledge that enforcement measures may be necessary to maintain safety, security, compliance, and Platform integrity, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

26. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

This section governs the laws applicable to Your relationship with Regixo and outlines procedures for resolving disputes arising from use of the Platform, ticket purchases, Organizer services, event participation, payment systems, or related activities facilitated through Regixo. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including applicable provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, intellectual property laws, payment regulations, and relevant state-specific laws. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, foreign legal frameworks shall not govern interpretation of these Terms.

Except for matters involving intellectual property disputes, fraud, criminal activity, emergency relief, interim injunctions, or issues incapable of arbitration under applicable law, disputes between You and Regixo may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall ordinarily be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law, with the seat and venue of arbitration generally being Vadodara, Gujarat, India, or another legally permissible location. Arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential to the extent permitted by law and arbitral awards may remain binding subject to remedies available under applicable legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall generally be resolved individually rather than through collective or representative proceedings; however, nothing herein restricts non-waivable statutory rights available to Users under applicable legislation. Before initiating formal proceedings, Users are encouraged to submit written details of disputes together with supporting documentation and allow Regixo a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt resolution where appropriate.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, including statutory matters or intellectual property claims, courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India shall ordinarily exercise jurisdiction except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Applicable limitation periods for claims shall remain governed by Indian law and nothing in these Terms shall reduce statutory limitation rights where prohibited. Unless otherwise determined, each party shall generally bear its own legal costs in arbitration, while frivolous or bad-faith claims may affect allocation of costs where legally permissible.

Where disputes primarily concern Event Organizers, including Event quality, cancellations, venue conditions, refunds, performer changes, safety issues, or Organizer conduct, Regixo may not be required to participate as a dispute party and shall not ordinarily assume responsibility for Organizer-controlled decisions. Payment-related disputes involving banks, UPI systems, payment gateways, duplicate deductions, chargebacks, or financial institutions may require coordination with relevant providers, and Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for delays attributable to external financial systems.

Regixo reserves the right to seek interim relief, injunctions, restraining orders, or protective measures where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, intellectual property protection, security enforcement, prevention of Platform misuse, or related purposes without necessarily completing arbitration procedures first where legally permissible. If any provision within this section is held unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.

27. MISCELLANEOUS

This section governs interpretation, enforceability, continuity, and operational aspects of these Terms. Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for failures, delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide Services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, public emergencies, government actions, pandemics, infrastructure failures, internet outages, telecommunications disruptions, labor disputes, third-party failures, civil unrest, or similar force majeure events. In such situations, Services, Events, features, or operations may be modified, delayed, suspended, discontinued, cancelled, or rescheduled, and any refund treatment shall remain subject to applicable policies and legal requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure by Regixo to enforce rights or respond to violations shall not constitute waiver of such rights unless expressly confirmed in writing. Users may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written approval, whereas Regixo may transfer or restructure rights, operations, or contractual relationships to affiliates, successors, acquirers, or related entities where appropriate.

Use of Regixo does not create partnerships, agency relationships, employment arrangements, joint ventures, fiduciary duties, or similar relationships between Users and Regixo. Event Organizers, venues, vendors, performers, sponsors, and related parties generally operate independently, and Regixo shall not ordinarily be responsible for their acts, omissions, infrastructure, conduct, or operational decisions.

Regixo may communicate notices through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages, dashboards, website notices, or other supported channels, and such communications may constitute valid notice where permitted by law. Users remain responsible for maintaining updated contact information. Formal notices directed to Regixo should generally be submitted through designated support channels or official communication mechanisms rather than unofficial channels.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies including Privacy Policies, Refund Policies, and related legal documents, constitute the complete agreement between Users and Regixo and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter. Certain provisions including payments, refunds, privacy, intellectual property, dispute resolution, indemnities, fraud investigations, limitations of liability, and related obligations may survive account closure, suspension, or cessation of Platform use where intended by their nature.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Translated versions of these Terms may be made available; however, the English language version shall prevail in case of inconsistencies. Regixo does not guarantee indefinite availability of Services, legacy functionality, or continued support for all features and reserves the right to modify, suspend, redesign, discontinue, or replace Platform functionality where reasonably necessary. Grievance mechanisms or grievance officers may be established where required by applicable laws, with relevant details published separately. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Regixo, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, technology providers, partners, vendors, service providers, and related representatives (“Regixo Parties”) shall not ordinarily be liable for losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from use of the Platform, ticket purchases, event participation, Organizer conduct, access technologies, technical systems, merchandise, third-party services, or related activities facilitated through Regixo.
